Excellent service from start to finish. The staff was friendly, professional, and honest. They completed my oil change quickly, explained everything clearly, and didn’t try to upsell unnecessary services. It’s great to find a shop that values customer service and quality work. Excellent visit to this SMOG check station. Coming in from a different state, getting a SMOG check on my car to get it registered was on my to do list for some time. I called a few places and this one here had the fairest price for the job. I arrived and they completed the service for me without an issue, I was even given some information about where I can search for a new tailgate on my truck. The guys were knowledgeable and friendly. I would consider coming to this shop again if I need a service done on my car. Extra points for the mechanic sticking to his initial quote that he provided me on the initial phone call. I appreciate that.

Del Mar Auto & Radiator - Pasadena is a great place to have your car serviced. It is known for knowledgeable and friendly mechanics and being competitively priced. I noticed I had a headlight out when I left my apartment. I decided to drop by Del Mar Auto before I went home. I pulled up and was greeted as I got out of my car. I explained the situation to Hutch. Before I could even get my hood open Hutch returned with a lightbulb. He worked quickly and before I knew it, my headlight bulb was replaced. I paid my bill and made an appointment for other problems I noticed with my car. It's nice to go to someone that cares about your safety with the quality work that they do at Del Mar Auto. Honesty is not always found when dealing with mechanical issues. Easy to notice on the corner of Del Mar Boulevard and Allen Avenue. I think they care about my car as much as I do. I always try to make an appointment to save time.
